Role & Responsibilities
As a technical expert supporting business development, you will play a central role in the company’s growth strategy.
You will act as the link between sales teams, technical teams, and customers, guiding projects from concept to production.
Your expertise will directly contribute to the market success of our products.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to secure and win new opportunities.
- Provide expert technical support to customers and the sales network.
- Identify new business levers and propose technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals (including clause‑by‑clause reviews).
- Obtain cost estimates (engineering, tooling…) and prepare commercial offers aligned with Product Line policies.
- Follow up on opportunities and convert them into commercial successes.
- Share key inputs with Engineering and Industrialization for new product and process development.
- Build strong relationships with customers’ technical/design teams.
- Maintain continuous market, technology, and competitor monitoring.
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.
- Maintain a high level of expertise on current and emerging technologies.
Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or engineering (thermal, mechanical, electrotechnical ideally).
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and energy conversion.
- Proven experience working with customer R&D teams.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional projects from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of product development processes and customer validation milestones.
- Technical curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Business mindset, negotiation skills, and appetite for challenges.
- Fluent English required.
- CRM proficiency, ideally Salesforce.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent (electrical or mechanical preferred).
