Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the technical alignment between customer requirements and IGBT module product specifications across diverse industry applications.
• Provide accurate technical inputs to support module design and development processes.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of APQP processes; establish a robust product lifecycle management system to ensure quality-focused product development.
• Oversee the quality and long-term reliability of module products through all stages of development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant technical discipline; strong grounding in semiconductor physics, solid-state physics, and power semiconductor design and processes.
• Preferably experienced in the semiconductor industry, with demonstrated capability in developing power module products.
• Excellent analytical and product definition skills; capable of translating customer insights into design requirements.
• Confident in engaging customers in technical discussions regarding application needs, performance characteristics, and device functionality.
